Payment is due at the time of purchase or before services are rendered.
4. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If an item is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
5. Pickup, Shipping & Warehouse Items
Some items, including dinnerware sets, may be online-only and stored off-site. These items are available for in-store pickup only and may require several days to prepare and pull from the warehouse.
Shipping timelines and availability may vary depending on the item purchased.
6. Alterations & Services
Alteration timelines and outcomes depend on garment condition, fit requirements, and complexity. While every effort is made to ensure quality workmanship, results may vary.
Once alteration services begin, no refunds will be issued.
